REFUNDS

We only offer hair that is solely from human donors. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for hair.

 

EXCHANGES

All hair undergoes critical testing for quality control. However, if you believe that you have receive defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. An exchange for the hair will be offered only after 24 hours of receiving the hair. If one desires to exchange a product, one must adhere to regularly scheduled delivery as the exchange is a new order being made. Shipping delays and buyer remorse are not grounds to receive an exchange. Hair cannot be brushed, combed (including finger combing), washed, cut, unwrapped, chemically altered, or in any form away from its original condition to be eligible for an exchange within 24 hours. Customers are responsible for shipping prices on exchanged hair. All exchanges must be made on items of equal or lesser value. If an exchange is made on an item, you will receive in store credit in lieu of the price difference. The final decision to make exchanges will be at the discretion of our company.

SHIPPING

We are committed to delivering the best service possible at Enchanted Enhancements, LLC. We strive for fast shipping, but it cannot always be guaranteed. Expect 2-3 business days for your order to be process and an additional 3-4 business days for shipment. Most orders will be completed and delivered before this time frame, but it is not ensured for all orders. If you are concerned about time, we offer express services. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order. If you do need your product immediate, contact us for eligibility for local pick up or same day shipping.

STYLING ERROR DISCLAIMER

By placing your order, you indemnify and hold Enchanted Inches harmless for any and all errors made by a hairstylist or person appointed as a hairstylist makes. This includes but is not limited to cutting to an undesired shape, over-bleaching, over-heating hair or lace, coloring errors, and melting of the lace due to heat damage. All errors that are made during the styling process are solely a responsibility of the respective stylist. If an error occurs due to a styling service, Enchanted Inches and its entities are not liable or held accountable for damage.

We only supply unprocessed virgin hair and it comes in natural shades of 1B (Off Black/Natural Dark Brown) and 613 (Blonde). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent, lifts, and cellophane beautifully! Please understand, we DO NOT suggest any chemical changes being performed by an unlicensed individual. Always refer to a professional for permanent change, as the product is your investment. Though it is possible to color the hair, the risk of damaging it increases dramatically. All hair reacts differently to different products and regiments. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling. If an error occurs due to a chemical service, Enchanted Inches and its entities are not liable or held accountable for damage.
